The accommodation

Housed in a historic building in Nantes, this apartment of approximately 85 m² is located on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift. It overlooks the church garden, which is closed in the evening, ensuring a peaceful environment.

The apartment, spacious and warm with its parquet floor, is furnished as follows:

• A bright living room with a clear view of the Sainte-Croix church. It includes a lounge with a large television, a fast internet connection thanks to fiber, and a dining table for 6 people.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, hotplates, utensils, dishes, coffee machine, kettle, etc.
• A first bedroom with a double bed with a hotel quality mattress, overlooking a peaceful courtyard.
• A master suite comprising a double bed (hotel quality mattress) and a private bathroom, also facing the courtyard for greater peace and quiet.
• A third bedroom with a double bed (hotel quality mattress) and a closet, still overlooking the courtyard.
• A second bathroom equipped with a large shower, a sink, a towel dryer, a toilet and a washing machine.
• A second independent toilet.

You will also have high-performance internet access, ideal for teleworking or your digital needs.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels and basic products (salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, soap, toilet paper, etc.) are included to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and, on request, a travel cot can be made available free of charge for a baby.
