Warm 3-room duplex ideally located in the historic center and recently renovated.

Allows a comfortable reception of 6 people with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , 1 kitchen , living room with dining and sleeping area , an office space , wifi , 2 TVs . In a quiet courtyard side, it is ideal for a tourist or professional stay.

Pleasant, lively area with transport ( 6 minutes from the station on foot ) and must-see tourist sites in the immediate vicinity.

Our charming T3 Duplex is located in an old building in the heart of the historic district of Nantes "Bouffay" in a quiet courtyard side. Its location will allow you to enjoy this lively district with many bars, restaurants and shops as well as many must-see places in the city just a stone's throw away (the castle, the cathedral, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Pommeraye passage, the Place Royale, the LU Tower...)

On the first level, the accommodation is composed as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hotplates, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, basic products such as salt, pepper, oil, etc.)

- A master suite with a large comfortable bed (140x200), a desk and direct access to a bathroom (with washing machine)

- A pleasant living room of 20 m2 and a comfortable sofa convertible into a double bed with a real 17 cm thick mattress, a TV, internet/wifi connection, a dining area with a high table and seating for 6 people

- A separate toilet.

On the upper floor, the accommodation is composed as follows: a large independent bedroom with:

- A sleeping area with a real comfortable double bed (new bedding)

- A dining area for 2 people with worktop, coffee maker, small sink, microwave and refrigerator

- A comfortable bathroom with WC

- A lounge area with a sofa, a TV and a Wi-Fi connection

- This room is not suitable for small children alone, as they may feel too isolated there. Older children, from 7-8 years old, will love their independence.

Bed linen and towels will be provided in the apartment during your stay, as well as tea towels and various basic products (salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, soap, toilet paper, etc.).

The accommodation is designed for 6 people but we can provide you with a travel cot to accommodate an additional baby.

The accommodation is located on the third floor without elevator.

It will not be suitable for elderly people.

Passenger access:

The "Bouffay" tram stop (line 1) is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation and provides easy access to the city. It also allows you to reach the train station in just 5 minutes.

Self-service bicycle stations (bicloo) also nearby (2 minutes on foot)!
